We thought it was better to buy an old house and remodel it to our taste better than building ora new one. It was cheaper and also we were able to find the house in an area where we wanted it to be. But building a new house in the area of our choice would have been impossible. First of all, there should be land available and then we have to find a good designer to plan the house and then a good engineer to build it. In today’s fast paced life buying an old house and renovating it seems better. The old house we bought was very solid but the windows were too small and we planned to replace it with large windows, so that we can get a view of the garden. We got the windows replacement San Antonio , to do the job and they did an excellent job. We loved the large picturesque windows that allowed a lot of light and air to come in. The house became very beautiful and looked as good as new. We have good neighbours and good schools for the children near our house, what else do you need?
